Hi all, not sure if this has been covered but I haven't seen it anywhere.

If I go diving for the day, can my partner come with me on the boat as a non diver??

Cheers

I think it's usually subject to availability. So if the trip you are intending to go on gets fully booked with divers they would get priority. If there are spare places, your partner would just have to pay the boat costs.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Scubalid,
Don't think there would be any problem with your partner going as a non diver even if the boat was full regarding divers which,to be honest, doesn't happen all that often in our experience.
Your partner would have to pay the boat fee I think.
Would probably be worth e-mailing the team at the dive shop who are lovely and really helpful at- meeru@oceanpro-diveteam.com.
You can have a look at dive sites and costs on the official Meeru website www.meeru.com.
Hope this is helpful
Very Happy
Helen

P.S.Just looked at your profile and looks like we are from the same part of the country!

I am a non diver and have gone out with my diving husband on the boat several times. There is a small charge but its a good opportunity of getting some pictures when they jump in and then for me, whilst they are under the water I go upstairs onto the top desk and have a good lay out in the sun - so dont forget the sun cream Very Happy
