Well our first full day today & we woke to some rain & we've had a couple of light showers since, still very warm though even though it's cloudy.

some changes since we were last here the land spa is now down by the Asian wok & the Dhoni bar seems to have moved & the reception has changed.

only negative went for lunch & was told wasn't allowed to wear a vest so had to go back to the room to get a t-shirt but hey ho.

we've booked the seafood & lobster dinner for Thursday night on the beach by the Asian wok so looking forward to that.

getting used to this photo larkey, another update tomorrow guys

Have a lovely iced coffee for me and keep pics coming

Thinking of doing the seafood lovers dinner in June if you could and don't mind with a menu photo and some pics? How much is it as well please, would have preferred the week after the 22nd for Stu's 66th birthday it's BBQ on the 21st .

Ahead of any reply from keith&nicky, a year or so back I posted a couple of pics from this event shortly after Meeru starting trialling it for the first time.

Pricing will be a tad different by now and just possibly some of the menu items may have been amended too but my post (off the link below) gives a rough idea.

Photos don't convey the fabulous taste, smells, and texture of the food, or for that matter the amazing atmosphere there under that wondrous roof as tall as the glowing Milky Way arching over the island at night. All with soft gentle live music playing against the lapping sea noises. Whoah...I'm off dreaming again Laughing.

It was a very, very special evening the memory of which burns clear and bright !

Jim your photos are exactly the same as mine, it was a truly great experience in how seafood can be cooked, the price is still the same and worth every penny.

We went to this last Easter and it's my fave beach meal. I'm allergic to filter feeders and they served my very tasty alternatives. A truly memorable evening
