We have booked a standard villa on the advice of our travel agent, but are wondering about upgrading. Does anyone have costs or advice about this.

Can i make a suggestion.

Do not upgrade with travel agent. i have found that it is upto 60% more expensive than upgrading in resort. the only problem is that there may not be room once you get there.

Is it worth e-mailing the resort a couple of weeks in advance to arrange an upgrade?

hi

we have booked with kuoni and it only cost us an extra £7 pp per night to upgrade to a land villa, so is it really worth taking the risk as i believe the hotel gets overbooked a lot of the time.

hope this helps
